This is normally issued in the Brimar brand - like probably all valves from Standard (STC) for radio valves. The valve 4D1 is listed in the documentation "Trader Service Sheets" Number 121 (The Wireless Trader) , issued July 4, 1936 for Kolster-Brandes model 515.
