Description |
Integral radiator air-cooled RF power triode. Pure tungsten, stress-free cathode. 7.5KW anode power dissipation. The tube rugged design made it ideal for industrial heating, but it could be used as amplifier or oscillator. Operating frequencies up to 50MHz. 5667 was made by several US manufacturers, including Amperex, and Machlett; in Italy it was produced by Fivre.
