Description |
UHF planar, 'rocket' triode; similar to 2C37, with folded rings for anode and grid connections. With external cavity can be used as CW oscillator or amplifier up to 3.3 GHz.
Intended for use with lumped constant or butterfly circuits.
Made by GE, Litton and Sylvania.
