Probably exchangeable with 80, listed in Taschenbuch zum Röhren-Codex 1948/49 and 1951. Manufacturer unknown. Listed in the Universal Vade-Mecum as equivalent to type 80. This is likely o be incorrect as the tube could also be equivalent to the 83. Furthr, as the reference material has errors, it is possible the tube as listed with this type number, could be a 583 'clipper-rectifier" used in Radar.
