Description |
Hydrogen thyratron used to switch the pulse forming network in radar modulators.
- 16 kV anode voltage
- 200 mA average, 325 A peak cathode current.
Manifacturers include Bomac, EEV, GE, Khute, Penta Labs, Raytheon, RCA and Sylvania, Philips and its related marks, as Mullard and Valvo. Also made in Italy by ELSI, under Raytheon license.
The RMA registration to Sylvania was revised in favour of Kuthe Labs (ITT).
