Description |
Power tetrode, thoriated tungsten filament, tantalum plate and grids, hard glass bulb. 215W anode dissipation; up to 60MHz full ratings operation, up to 140MHz with reduced ratings and forced air cooling. Plate to the top cap and grids to two side contacts; Jumbo 4-pin bayonet base.
Plate shows a yellowish-red color when operated at maximum ratings.
Raytheon only known manufacturer.
