Description |
Planar triode, 'rocket' style, Intended as oscillator in tuned cavity up to 3.3GHz with Pout of 500mW at 1GHz, dropping to 200mW at 3.3GHz.
Similar to 5757 which has a lower Anode to Cathode capacitance. Made by Sylvania and Litton. Litton gives 450 mA heater current.
Max ratings Pa = 5W, Va = 350V.
