High - µ - triode 6F5G without grid cap, base diagram same as 6J5G.
Probably originates from remnants of the 6F5_Y8A, which were then fitted with an octal base.
To fit into the Telefunken steel tube base Y8A, an extra thick bulb had to be chosen for the 6F5_Y8A.
Unsold remnants of the 6F5_Y8A were then fitted with the large octal base and sold as the "single-ended" 6F5G (without grid cap).
