As oscillator of the signal generators made by Measurements Corporation, we find this special order 6SK7 with extremely low losses porcelain base. Tubes were supplied to Measurements by RCA. The service manuals gave instructions of how to move the porcelain base to a new commercial replacement tube, when the original replacement was not readily available.
