Description |
Pulse amplifier tetrode for airborne radar modulators: 15KV, 15A peak. Quad in-line cathode inside a single electrode structure; gold-plated grids, Mo-Zr plate. Similar to 715A, with larger grid radiating fins and improved ratings. Heaters designed to operate directly from the aircraft storage battery, between 22 and 28.5 volts.
4-pin base, jumbo-like, from a notched ceramic wafer.
