Description |
High-mu, ceramic-metal, planar power triode designed for use as grid or plate pulsed oscillator or amplifier at frequencies up to 3GHz. Conduction cooled. Special quality for airline (AL) service - as transponder for the radar data. Also used in military to detect friend/enemy. Local oscillator for about 5 watts. To day this is done with solid state technique.
