Description |
UHF air cooled transmitting triode, capable of operating as oscillator or amplifier. With forced air cooling it can deliver 50W at 400MHz and operate up to 600MHz with reduced power. Four side caps, two for the grid and two more for the anode. The plate shows orange-red color, when tupe operates at full CCS ratings.
8025A has tantalum plate, no visible getter, and withstands higer plate voltage than 8025 does at 600 MHz.
Also made by GE.
