Description |
VHF transmitting triode. Mu 31, 40W anode power dissipation with forced-air cooling; 250MHz full ratings operation, 300MHz with reduced power. All glass T16 body with dish septar base. Plate shows an orange-red color when operated at maximum ratings.
Two tubes in push-pull in the BC-1072-A IFF transmitter, auxiliary unit of SCR-268 early radar sets.
