Description

This tube is a modified 24A in a tubular bulb, with an isolantite base. It was specially designed for use by the Hawaiian Telephone Company in VHF equipment for inter-island service. The tube was listed by RCA as "Not listed for distributor sales" as of January 4, 1934. Equipment was modified to eliminate this tube in 1940. It was withdrawn by RCA in 1945.
