Ionization gauge. All glass bulb, with 3mm. stem as standard; 16 mm. stem can be used for higher sensitivity. Filament voltage must be adjusted for the required emission value: typically about 6V during outgassing and about 4V in normal operation. Sensitivity as high as 150 microamps per micron can be expected.
