Description |
The AB1926 tube is a small transmitting type and the tube is experimental. It is understood that samples of this tube were made available to universities and the like, in the Netherlands, for testing and other research before a commercial tube was made available.

The AB1926 was a developement type and not an commerciasl one. These developement types were send for testing to Universities and laboratories and to find out of there was any interest for these types. Hier another AB1926

The commercial type of the AB1926 was the amateur transmitting tube TA08/10.
|

At this time (around 1927), Philips made also matching rectifiers. In this case the DA08/10, which is a TA08/10 without grid and on a B3 base.
