Description |
This tube was developed by Arcturus and made available in November 1927. It is a detector for use in early mains operated radios. The filament in this tube is carbon and it operates at 15 volts. This voltage was chosen by the manufacturer to make use of the availability of 15 volt AC transformers for toy trains.
