Description |
This tube was a high gain type intended for scanning disk televisions and resistance coupled amplifiers. The filament in this tube is carbon and operates at 15 volts. This voltage was chosen by the manufacturer to make use of the availability of 15 volt AC transformers used in toy trains. One tube located has amber glass, rather than the "daylight blue" normally used by Arcturus.
