Description |
This tube was first worked on at Westinghouse in 1922. It was made in very limited quantities and was also known as the AX225, UX225 and UY225.in April 1926. Any tubes with these designations are extremely rare. A single ended version was made with a 5 pin base in late 1926-early 1927. This tube was the forerunner of the UY227.
