Ist die hier gezeigte Röhrenschachtel aus den 20er oder frühen 30er Jahren?

Ja 20er oder frühen 30er Jahren!

The earliest is 1925 and the latest production advertisement that I can find is 1931.   

These low voltage tubes were not used in many radios, of course.
