Description |
This is a medium sized current regulator tube made by GE around 1930. It has an S17 straight conical shaped bulb and can be confused with light bulbs of this style. No information is available re its use or electrical properties. It has a single "crimped" filament in an inverted "U" shape, held in place at the top by a sturdy anchor wire embedded in the press.
