| Descrizione |
This is a medium sized current regulator tube made by GE around 1940-45. It has an S17 straight conical shaped bulb and can be confused with light bulbs of this style. It has a sturdy wound filament in an inverted "U" shape with anchors supporting this, embedded in a glass rod horizontal to the base. There is also a strong anchor wire passing through the centre of the rod from the press to the top of the filament. Voltage range is 8 - 18 and current 2.05 to 2.35 amps.
