Description |
Advertisement by BTH in March 1927 announces the B8 as a new valve. It seems unlikely that Tyne's date of 1924 is correct, at least as regards availablity.
Designed for use in RC coupled ampliers.
Filament range is 1.8 to 2.8 volts
Filament current is 0.12A at 2.8V
Ra is 180k ohms at Va of 150, with an amplification factor of 50.
