Im Concert-Boy 220 wird für die Erzeugung der Abstimmspannung dieses Bauelement verwendet. Mit einer Größe von etwa 5 x 5 x 2 mm kann er auf der Platine leicht übersehen werden. Er erfüllt die gleiche Funktion wie der TCA720 (der ähnlich klein ist) und könnte als Ersatz für diesen in Betracht kommen. Er erzeugt und stabilisiert allerdings nur 27 V, der TCA720 stellt dagegen 30 ... 35 V zur Verfügung. Aber ich denke, dass 27 V in den meisten Fällen sicher ausreichend wäre.
