Description |
Four-terminal optoelectronic coupler containing one incandescent lamp and one photoresistor in a metal tube case; flying leads from both ends; P suffix has printed circuit terminations. Known as Raysistor it was used in a variety of control circuits. Control lamp: 0-1V ac or dc, 0-50mA Photoresistor: 1Meg to 700 ohms, 100V max, 75mW 20ms on, 300ms off.
