Description |
Four-terminal optoelectronic coupler containing one neon lamp and one photoresistor in a metal tube case; flying leads from both ends; P suffix has PCB terminations. Known as Raysistor it was used in a variety of control circuits. Control lamp: 120V peak, 1-3mA Photoresistor: 14 kohms to 10 megaohms, 300V max, 75mW 2ms on, 105ms off.
