Four-terminal optoelectronic coupler containing one incandescent lamp and one photoresistor in a 4-pin metal TO-5 case. Known as Raysistor it was used in a variety of control circuits.
Control lamp: 0-4V ac or dc, 0-55mA
Photoresistor: 1Meg to 200 ohms, 200V max, 100mW
20ms on, 300ms off.
