Description |
Four-terminal optoelectronic coupler, forerunner of optocouplers, containing one neon lamp and one photoresistor in a 4-pin crystal can case. Also known as Raysistor it was used in a variety of control circuits. Control lamp: 0-150V ac or dc, 0.2 to 1.2mA Photoresistor: 3000 ohms to 10 megaohms, 200V max, 100mW 2ms on, 100ms off.
