Description |
Mercury thyratron; 15KV, 200A peak. Used as pulse modulator in radar Type 277, to drive the CV76 magnetron. In service since 1943.
First introduced by GEC, with its early coding E1191, was also manufactured by BTH, which adapted its thyratron BT49.
