Description |
SZ31, made by Ferranti and approved as CV3319, is a CW power klystron capable of delivering 10 to 20 watts typical in the X-band. Linear beam with two cavities and internal feedback to operate as oscillator. Waveguide output flange, type WG15. The collector is water cooled, requiring 0.3 lt/min minimum water flow. Intended for CW radars.
- 6.8 to 7.4 kV typical beam voltage
- 28 to 30 mA beam current
- 10 to 20 W output power
- 7.0 to 8.5 V heater voltage
- 15.5 to 21 W heater power.
