There is an inconsistency in the Official CV Register which states V246/1K as equivalent. However this has a different heater and other details.
The MoSupply handbook lists the DV40B as the commercial prototype. The details included here are for this specification. The V246/1K is deleted.
The CV spec sheet gives the CV485 as a low-performance selection of CV228, capable of delivering 250mW output vs. 450mW of the CV228.
The sample in the photos beside has the dual marking CV485 - V246A/1K
