The full name of this tube is" Le Radion De Luxe d' Amplifiction" (printed on the tube base) and the tube is identical in appearance to the Amplifier and Detector tubes made by Le Radion. While the name is in French, it seems the tube was made by the Chicago Lamp Company, as were the others.
