Daten gemäß Beier 2, 1957:
Uf = 6,3V If = 0,17A (bei Beier ist ein Druckfehler: Uf = 0,3 V; Das kann nicht stimmen, da der Kaltwiderstand des Heizfadens ca. 18 Ω beträgt.)
Ua = 300V, Ia = 25 mA, S = 3mS, Ra = 8,3 kΩ, Na =3,5W, ce = 1pF, ca = 1pF, cg/a = 2,1 pF

6.3V at 0.17A is correct.
The CV6 specification is for 0.2A (or less) and the DET20 meets this specification. The equivalence has been changed to "normally replaceable".
