| Description |
Hybrid circuit, high-voltage, high-current driver. Accepts DTL/TTL logic livels and provides output pulses of up to 3A, from a supply voltage as high as 45V.
DH0008 and DH0008C have 10-pin metal-can package; DH0008CN has 12-pin DIL package. 'C' suffix indicates the commercial operating temperature range 0 to 70 degrees/C, no suffix for MIL temperature range.
