Description |
This tube was developed by Donle as a replacement for the UX171 power tube. It was claimed to be "far superior to any tube that has yet appeared, in the amount of current delivered to the loud speaker with a given applied signal strength". This claim was in an advertisement in Popular radio, September 1927, page 173.
