Description |
Improved version of the DV6, draws only half of the filament current.
It is now believed that the pictured tube in Tyne, p.128,Fig.7-24 right, is in fact a DV6A.
First made September 1923 and advertised in 'Radio Broadcast" magazine the same month. Tube discontinued mid 1924. The tube is fitted with a Shaw nickel plated base.
