Description |
Experimental prototype of the DET24 - an uprated DET22. Developed at the Hirst Research Centre of GEC.
UHF planar triode capable of operating up to 2GKz. 400V max anode voltage, 600mA peak current, 20W max anode dissipation, mu 28. As common grid UHF oscillator DET24 can deliver up to 14W at 600MHz, out power decreasing for higher frequencies.
