X-band CW power klystron, fluid-cooled. Waveguide output flange. Intended to be used in the transmitter of CW radar systems.
- Mechanic tuning from 9.9 to 10.3 GHz.
- 50 to 100 W typical output power.
- 10 kV collector voltage at 100 mA beam current
- 250 kHz / ºC nominal temperature coefficient
Equivalent to Raytheon QKK1102. License built by ElTel, Palermo Italy, formerly ELSI, fully qualified for Raytheon production.
