| Description |
High-power vacuum diode for use in charging, shunt or rectifier applications. 25 kV peak inverse, 6 A average and 30 A peak as rectifier; 60 A peak and 200 mA average in shunt operation.
Integral radiator; 2.5 kW plate dissipation requiring 150 cu ft/min air flow. Liquid cooled version with 6 kW plate dissipaton also available.
