Ho testato questa valvola ed ho trovato i seguenti valori: Vf = 4 V; If = 0,3 A; Vg1 = -6; Vg2 = +200; vA = +200; IA = 25mA. I collegamenti allo zoccolo sono i seguenti Pin 1 = fil.; Pin 2 = g1; Pin 3 = fil.; Pin 4 = A; Pin 5 (centrale) = g2.
