Description |
Anode voltage 1000, grid voltage +10.
This tube is a mercury vapour thyratron with a positive control characteristic. This offers the advantage of a tube which will only operate with a positive voltage on the grid. It is ideally suited for applications which require that no current flow in the absence of grid excitation. Also produced in Italy by Fivre.
The tube is listed on page 48 of the "Story of Electronic Development at the General Electric company". Dated Dec 10th, 1930.
