Description |
This tube was only made by Majestic and is not interchangeable with any other type. It is a triple grid power amplifier type. It differs from the 59 in that it has a direct filament. The base pin where the cathode would be utilised as in the type 59, is not used.
Acording to Tube Lore II, p. 28, the tube was available with a spray shielded bulb.
