Die Kennlinie der Röhre IIa von Nowak & Co, Wien V, Schönbrunnerstraße 21 erschien in der Ausgabe April 1926 des österreichischen Radio-Amateur (ÖRA). Hierbei werden folgende Daten angegeben:
S = 0,35 mA/V
Is = 8 mA (Sättigungsstrom)
D = 12%
Uh = 1,6 V
Ih = 0,25 A
