Description |
The KT2 was a novel type of power tetrode with a large anode diameter and special spacing of the electrodes in a design to improve linearity and efficiency. (KT= Kinkless Tetrode. It was a step in arriving at the alligned electrode system as in the Beam Tetrodes such as the KT66 which retained efficiency at higher power levels.
