Description |
Ultra-high precision bipolar op-amp. Extremely low input offset voltage and bias current make it possible to handle signals with resolution in the order of 10 microvolts and 1 picoampere. National Semiconductors declared that they could not measure some parameters as the offset current with their production equipment.
Proposed as precision amplifier for transducers and instrumentation.
Typical specs at 25°C junction and ±15 V supply
- Input offset voltage 100 µV
- Input offset current 500 fA (0.5 pA)
- Input bias current 25 pA
- 8 µV pp typical input noise voltage from 0.01 Hz to 10 kHz.
- 1 pA pp input noise current
National Semiconductor. LM11H refers to the 8-pin metal can package, H08C. Also supplied in 8-pin mini DIP, as N08C, and in quad-in-line package, plastic or ceramic.
