Description |
UHF power triode, designed to operate up to some 500MHz. Up to 12 kV anode voltage, up to 4 A cathode current pulsed. It can deliver about 8 KW RF pulses.
The filament voltage can vary between 5.8 and 6.6 volts, the actual value being etched on the bulb.
Used in the transmitter-receiver unit FuSE 62 of the Würzburg radar. A single tube as keyed oscillator delivered 7 to 11 kW peak pulses at frequencies ranging from 470 to 600 MHz.
