Description

The ME-664-A is an "acorn style" pentode manufactured by NEC for use as a VHF amplifier, detector or oscillator. It was used for the "Tachi 6" Early Warning Radar developed in 1942 as the RF amplifier and the local oscillator.
So the ME-664-A should be developed in 1942 or just before 1942.
