Description |
Derived from 6700 with built-in spade load resistors to increase the switching speed. 20-pin base. High speed and reduced component count were claimed.
10MHz max counting speed.
Registered to Burroughs in May 1961. Likely used in the Lavoie LA-80 frequency counter.
