Description |
Like other MOV transmitting tubes, this tube did have wires for the filament and plate connectinos but there were corrugated nickel plated straps with screw terminal "binding posts" attached to the ends of the tube. The grid was from a side contact cap.The filament was connected to one and the plate to the other. To protect the straps, a thin ribbon of mica was placed between the straps and the glass. Plate voltage was 10 Kv.
