Description |
The Unitron "No Bee" rectifier tube was unique in its design. The output voltage of the battery eliminator it was made for could be adjusted by varying the filament voltage applied to the tube. It had two thoriated filaments in it, connected in parallel and each plate had a separate connection. The tube had phosphorus gettering. The actual manufacturer of ths tube is not known but it was made for a short while in 1925..
